基于梨枣轻微损伤的可见/近红外光谱判别研究

利用可见/近红外光谱技术对梨枣轻微损伤的分类判别建模方法进行研究。分别采用PLS-LDA(线性)和LS-SVM(非线性)建立判别模型,分析比较不同预处理方式和建模波段对模型精度的影响。结果表明:经9点平滑预处理后的短波近红外(780~1100nm)PLS-LDA模型判别效果最佳,校正集和预测集的正确识别率分别达到97.8%和96.7%。     

The electrofocusing composition of the Large and Small Sub-unit polypeptides of Fraction-1-Protein in rice x wheat and rice x sorghum hybrids

Summary The polypeptide composition of Fraction-1-Protein (F1P) from rice × sorghum, rice × wheat hybrids and their respective parents have been analyzed by a microelectrofocusing method. The large sub-unit (LSU) is composed of three polypeptides and the small sub-unit (SSU) of two polypeptides in rice and sorghum parents and rice × sorghum hybrids. Similarly, LSU is composed of three polypeptides in the rice and wheat parents and rice × wheat hybrids. Two polypeptides occur in the SSU of rice parent and rice × wheat hybrids where as only one polypeptide in the wheat parent. These polypeptides also differ in their isoelectric points. Based on the previous reports of F1P inheritance in hybrids in other crops, F1P analysis of rice × sorghum and rice × wheat hybrids does not seem to be an important marker to identify such intergeneric hybrids. 巴彦淖尔市农垦系统中小湖泊渔业资源调查

2004年4月至2005年1月,对内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市农垦系统13个大中水面渔业资源进行了周年调查。文章对除乌梁素海以外其他12个中小湖泊调查结果进行总结分析。这些湖泊多数为草型浅水湖泊,盐碱含量较高,如纳林湖、姚军海子、白条海子总含盐量平均在3.5‰以上,个别水体如纳林湖、姚军海子总碱度平均超出15mol/l。大多水体有效氮含量较高,但有效磷不足,氮、磷比例失调。除大汉海子、刘铁海子和南一队海子的浮游生物含量较高外,其余9个湖泊浮游生物含量均较低,水质清瘦,鱼产量较低。并在调查基础上提出了综合开发利用渔业资源的建议。     

Finite Element Analysis on Interaction of Neighboring Highway Tunnels under Construction

Recently, the construction of neighboring highway tunnels with small interval gets more and more in China. The construction of such tunnels proceeds usually by excavating one after another. The second tunnel is constructed with the surrounding rock disturbed by the first one. And the construction of second tunnel also has effect on the first excavated one. For revealing the interaction laws of such tunnel construction in combination with the engineering practice of Lanfeng tunnel at Jinshan Road in Chongqing, The FE numerical simulation analysis was used to study the characters of surrounding rock deformation, stress field, and plastic zone of the tunnel. From this analysis, it clearly shows that the excavation of second tunnel has significant influence on the first one. This study provides a scientific basis for design and excavation of neighboring highway tunnels.
